Asterion

The enemies are on all sides.

An arcade horror game developed by the Game Design and Art Collaboration at UC Santa Cruz! Developed from January to June of the 2021-2022 school year.

When you come to, you find yourself in an arcade, of sorts. You've got the usual vibrant, multicolored carpet, there're some stray empty soda cans in the corner, a single functioning game in front of you. There's a generator. There's an empty hallway. And- back there in the deep black- there's a pair of eyes.

In Asterion, you find yourself boxed into two rooms, connected by a catwalk, each with an arcade cabinet. One need coins to play while the other gives you coins with each victory. But you may find their gameplay more intertwined than at first glance. Plus, you'll need to keep playing to keep that shield generator powered. If not, well you won't have to worry for long.
